„I wanted to have my son (3 years old) have his teeth done at Kredent's dental practice, but because he's only 3, it can only be done under general anesthesia. At the first appointment, the pediatrician didn't even look at his teeth, but said, without knowing what needed to be done, that everything would be done under general anesthesia and that they would assess the situation during the anesthesia. We went to the appointment but had to leave because they had electrical problems. So we made another appointment, and before this new appointment, I wanted to get a better consultation from him. So I made another appointment just for a consultation and for him to examine his teeth before the general anesthesia. During this appointment, he didn't even ask my son if he could open his mouth or give me the impression that he was interested. He just casually said again that everything would only be examined and treated at the appointment after he'd received the general anesthesia. I think he's a bad dentist because he didn't give us a proper explanation from the beginning, nor did he address the condition of my child's teeth. It felt like he was trying to brush me off. Well, it's probably better if I get him treated somewhere else.
